Pre race information 2022

Yes I know it’s early, but it’s best to start running early and have the land free for us!

This is a trail route requiring good quality gear. Trail shoes designed for grip, breathable clothing and a hydration pack. The weather forecast is ‘fresh’ suggesting gloves and warm socks might give you the advantage or at least increased chances of survival! Fitstuff run store specialise in this and their staff all run these routes regularly.

Fitstuff clinic can also repair your body after the event with their inhouse oesteopath and health therapists.

This is a fully marked route with some route volunteers and a route manager. There’s a split point for 10km runners.
